Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery:
- Metro cities: 3β5 business days
- Other regions: 5β7 business days
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value (if applicable).
3. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
4. Damaged / Missing Items
Please check your package upon delivery.
Report damaged/missing items within 24 hours at
support@electronicthe.com
with photos/videos.
5. Returns & Refunds
- No returns accepted after delivery.
- Returns are accepted in few products only.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with invoice.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days after inspection.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care items, opened software, or customized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or water damage.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrong items delivered.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the return shipping.
- Otherwise, the customer bears return costs.
